Verandah Pool Bar & Grill

Our consultancy role with Verandah Pool Bar & Grill at Momentus Hotel Alexandra provided another valuable opportunity for us to conduct research and develop a concept that would guide the interior design, and branding. The depth, diversity and relevance of our concept went on to define a core element of the new Momentus brand’s DNA, centered on the dining experience.

Capitalizing on the breath-taking views overlooking the Southern Ridges canopy, we envisioned an F&B concept designed to engage the surrounding environment and community. With a strong foundation built on market research and guided by insights from our local F&B consultants, we were able to lead the various teams involved and ensure that the final product was true to the brand and strategy that was originally developed.
