Le Bistrot

French inspired, the all day dining, is a depiction of Le Meridien hotel’s history which is originally established as a brand in 1972 by Air France. Reflecting the sense of French culture, the dramatic circular entrance foyer is inspired by an authentic European market hall built by steel structure welcoming guests upon arrival.

Decorative lighting showcases the bounty of fresh appetizers whilst the feature island show kitchen provides guests with the sensory experience of chef theatre and succulent scents of the food being prepared. Artworks with pops of color in the furnishings enhances the space with modern French charm.
