Artist sketches enabled us to investigate ways in which we could satisfy Kerzner’s F&B team’s want to create a kitchen & providore that welcomes guests in to stand side by side with chefs as they slice cheeses, carve spit roasted legs of lamb and generally have a chat about what’s cooking!
